  • Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins/opt-outs.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs.

C. Information from third parties

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it during coaching. Please only share what you’re comfortable sharing.

Email marketing: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

Cookies: You can manage cookies in your browser settings and (if available on our site) via “Cookie Preferences.” Disabling non-essential cookies may affect site functionality.

California/Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia/Utah residents (and similar state laws): You may have the right to request access, deletion, correction, portability, and to opt out of (a) targeted advertising (“sharing”), (b) the sale of personal information (we do not sell for money), and (c) certain profiling. We will not discriminate if you exercise rights.

EEA/UK residents: You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Opt-out of “sharing” for targeted ads (US): Adjust cookie preferences (if available) and/or use browser settings and platform controls (e.g., Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences). You may also enable a recognized opt-out signal (e.g., Global Privacy Control) in supported browsers; we will treat it as a request to opt out of “sharing” for that browser.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, meet legal/ accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We apply criteria such as the nature of the data, our legal obligations, and your interactions with us to determine retention periods.
