- Marketing preferences: newsletter opt-ins/opt-outs.

- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs.
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, general location (city/region).

C. Information from third parties
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Kajabi Payments) may share limited info related to your transactions.
- Scheduling & webinar tools (e.g., Calendly, Kajabi Events) may pass booking details you provide.
- Email & CRM providers (e.g., Kajabi Email) may record delivery and engagement (opens/clicks).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it during coaching. Please only share what you’re comfortable sharing.

- With your consent (e.g., testimonials you approve for publication).

Email marketing: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.
Cookies: You can manage cookies in your browser settings and (if available on our site) via “Cookie Preferences.” Disabling non-essential cookies may affect site functionality.
California/Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia/Utah residents (and similar state laws): You may have the right to request access, deletion, correction, portability, and to opt out of (a) targeted advertising (“sharing”), (b) the sale of personal information (we do not sell for money), and (c) certain profiling. We will not discriminate if you exercise rights.
EEA/UK residents: You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Opt-out of “sharing” for targeted ads (US): Adjust cookie preferences (if available) and/or use browser settings and platform controls (e.g., Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences). You may also enable a recognized opt-out signal (e.g., Global Privacy Control) in supported browsers; we will treat it as a request to opt out of “sharing” for that browser.

Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals due to the lack of an industry standard. However, we honor legally recognized opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable.
