What happens when the weight of the world feels too heavy?
Hello Friend,
I’ll be honest — this past week has been really hard for me.
I’ve felt an overwhelming heaviness, like the depression and anxiety I’ve worked so hard to manage have been creeping back in. I found myself slipping into old patterns — doubting myself, beating myself up, feeling like I wasn’t enough.
And then, at work, I took something way too personally in a team meeting. It wasn’t meant as an attack, but I was already in a negative headspace, so it felt like one. I spent the rest of the day struggling to keep it together — so unlike me.
I know I'm not alone in this.
I spoke with my therapist, who told me many people are feeling the weight right now. I meet weekly with an amazing group of women for business accountability, and I wasn't the only one struggling.
So, I wrote about it.
In this week's blog post, I'm opening up about what happens when the world feels heavy — and how we can start shifting the weight, one small moment at a time.
If you've ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in negativity, you won’t want to miss this blog post.
