When routine becomes a rut.
Hey Friend,
Yesterday, I had every intention of sending you this email — but you know how life goes. One minute I’m focused, and the next, I’m completely sidetracked. 🤦♀️
Between planning, creating, and juggling family life, my to-do list has been overflowing. And in the middle of all of it, I forgot to send this.
But forgetting this email? It actually ties perfectly into what I want to share with you today.
Lately, I’ve been reminding myself of a simple yet powerful phrase: Do Something Different (DSD).
I first heard this from Amy Porterfield, and it stuck with me because it’s so true — when we stay in our comfort zones, we stay stuck. But when we shake things up, even in small ways, we open ourselves up to new possibilities, fresh inspiration, and unexpected opportunities.
Recently, my husband and I had a small but meaningful DSD moment — one that reminded me why breaking routine is so important. I shared the full story in my latest blog post, and I’d love for you to check it out.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in the same routine, overwhelmed, or like you’re just going through the motions, this post is for you.
Inside, I’m sharing:
✅ The real reason we resist change (and how to break free)
✅ How one small shift can reignite creativity and motivation
✅ A challenge to help you take action today (it’s easier than you think!)
And if you’re ready to start doing something different in your own life, my group coaching program is a great place to begin. It’s designed to help you reconnect with your goals, rediscover your purpose, and take consistent action — without burnout or guilt.
So, tell me — what’s one small thing you can do differently today? Hit reply and let me know!
Talk soon,
